Very difficult- I managed to beat it with Tom Fulp but Stamper & Jeff just rip Dan Paladin to pieces....... It's very frustrating, but I understand that's what you're going for. It's actually a nice change of pace- DIFFICULTY!!! INCREDIBLE F***ING DIFFICULTY! Well done. I wish there were more games this challenging...

On second thought.... Do I?
Be careful what you wish for....

Shark Mountain

I like the concept, it's hilarious, but the unruly controls (I understand this is on purpose- still, it's unintuitive, and worth pointing out) and slow beginning pace make it hard to get into.

I stayed with it though, and I'm glad, because it got fun... However, the difficulty and insanity amped up REALLY fast, which didn't make for a very long and satisfying playing experience.

Again, I understand since the whole point of the game is to control the shark well, the controls are tough/unruly on purpose, but it makes the game rather inaccessible/not nearly as fun as it could be, which is a shame.

2 - The Story of Khale

"A bit of a letdown"

I've been waiting impatiently for this ever since I saw the trailer... And it's been so long since episode 1 came out... But this is all we get?

The animation was top-notch, incredible stuff and all that... I just want something to actually happen, y'know? It was rather short, too.

I hope the next one won't take so long, and be a longer, more eventful video. I've always known I would love this series! I can't wait for it to really get going!

Great movie, though. It's not a new concept, to be sure, but you definitely mastered it and took it to a place that I haven't seen before, nor have I seen done so well. The twists were always at the perfect time, and really kept the whole thing interesting. I love it.

The Legend of Newgrounds

How can you put so much effort into the look and build of the game without making the gameplay any good?

I mean seriously, I was pumped up to play this, the intro, menu, music, and everything had "awesome game!!" written all over them, but when it finally got down to playing the game it was really lacking. It looked great and ran smoothly, but the combat was terribly frustrating.

I suggest you play Zelda again. Enemies were knocked back a bit when you hit them, but did NOT become transparent and invincible for like 20 seconds. They did not knock you into another screen when they hit you, nor did they take away an entire heart container. It was just a half, or even a fourth in the beginning.

Enemies did not always respawn when you came back into the room. In fact, they rarely did.

It was all just the same enemy, over and over and over... And they could kill you incredibly easily.

The dungeons could have stayed more true to the "Newgrounds" theme. I doubt the audio portal would be a cave.

I had the patience to get to the audio portal boss. Turns out he's basically impossible to kill. You can't' even swing your sword at him because when he gets close to you he instantly takes away an entire heart container. It's very frustrating.

PLEASE put more effort into the parts of the game that REALLY matter.

The invincibility length is because of lag. Close other windows while playing this game.

You play Zelda again. The enemies only took half of a heart, but you only started with three hearts. Here you tart with 5.

Actually, they did respawn in the original Zelda. They didn't respawn immediately in ALTTP, but they did eventually.

You have to wait to hit the bosses until they are vulnerable. As in, after he attacks, when he is idling.

I thought this was incredible, well-animated and it ran smoothly. It would just be a lot better if you could attack while jumping, that was a big detrement to the gameplay.

Mouse Under Siege

This is great, I haven't seen a game like this in a long time and I always enjoyed them, but I think this one could be better.

One big problem is that the instructions don't say you can click on enemies to kill them. I had to figure it out myself, at which point the screen was flooded with stick men.

It was really fun but it gets very chaotic very quickly, so the fun doesn't last very long. The tanks take a LOT of clicks to kill, so it's hard to destroy one without taking damage yourself, which sucks because they are a dangerous enemy that almost needs to be taken out.

These kinds of games are more fun when it's REALLY hard to get killed so that you can act like a god and take out countless puny enemies, but in this case the puny enemies kick your ass. Not nearly as fun.

Fanta Dash

"Hilarious... but unfortunately, that's about it"

The cartoon was hysterical and very well-made. I laughed my ass off...

Then I got to the game.

There really wasn't a lot there, the game was pretty boring. It was amusing with the little umbrella and all but it seemed pretty empty for a cannon game. There are many others that have a lot more going on that are way more enjoyable. The game is basically just a giant Fanta advertisment.

After the genious of the cartoon, I was pretty let down.

Beat the Boss

"Frustrating"

Good concept, good graphics, cool how it was synced with the music and stuff, but man... Way too hard.

The beginning where you have to dodge is very difficult. Sometimes the stupid bombs just won't get deactivated when you have to put your mouse over them, which is REALLY ANNOYING, the lasers can hit almost everywhere on the screen but one small part... Then when you get the triangle and he shoots all those bombs at you, the aforementioned not-deactivating-bombs-even-when-i-di d-it-right problem makes this game turn from loads of fun into a monstrous headache way too quickly.

I just got pissed and stopped playing.
